Shipping is usually
via USPS or UPS Ground, unless expedited shipping
is requested (Orders for 1 Gallon Neem Oil are usually shipped by UPS Ground and other orders are usually shipped via USPS Priority
Mail/Parcel Post). Large orders
may be shipped by common carriers. We try to ship orders within 1-3
working days of acceptance of payment via PayPal/Credit Card or clearance of check. We currently ship to continental US
only. Our shipping rates on 'Order' form indicate shipping within continental US only, for shipping to Hawaii/Alaska, please call or email for shipping
charges. Shipping rates may vary with the change in carriers' shipping rates.
We are not responsible for the delay in shipping caused on behalf of the
carrier.

For local bay area orders, pick-up of orders can be arranged from our
business location in order to avoid shipping charges. Please contact for
scheduling pick-ups. We also accept cash for small local orders. If payment
is made through check, pick-up will be scheduled after the check is cleared.
Credit card payment through PayPal for orders confirmed by phone or email can
be made using the PayPal button in the box at the bottom of 'Contact' page.

via PayPal Payment processing system through our website. b) Payments by
check and money order are also accepted. Checks and money orders can be mailed to our address.

Under certain circumstances some of the items maybe out of stock. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause you.

OUR RETURN POLICY: We accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of purchase
with receipt. Please retain materials in original packaging and condition. We will give a refund or
replace items. Refund will be given after we have received the returned
merchandise. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges
of
returned items will be customer's responsibility unless there is an error at our
end. In case of shipped items, kindly inform us immediately if the shipment
is incorrect or is received in damaged condition. In case the item(s) were
damaged in shipping, please retain all contents along with packaging for
carrier's inspection and immediately contact the carrier for inspection.
Once a package has been signed for, it is assumed that the package was
delivered in good condition.
(Pure
Neem Oil has a strong smell that may be offensive to some people. Please
note this when ordering Neem Oil, we will not accept return of this item for
this reason.)
